### Step 1: Find a Supplier or Use a Procurement Agent

You can:

- Source yourself from 1688, Taobao, Pinduoduo, Alibaba
- Or, work with a **procurement agent** to handle:

  - Product sourcing
  - Seller negotiation
  - RMB payments via Alipay
  - Delivery to our warehouse

### Step 2: Deliver to Our China Warehouse

Once goods are purchased:

- Your seller ships to our China warehouse
- You share your **unique customer code**
- We confirm once items are received

###  Step 3: Consolidation & Optional Repacking

- All parcels are consolidated into one
- Repacking is done (if requested)
- We prepare the shipment (Air or Sea)

###  Step 4: Tracking & Updates

- Our **tracking system** gives real-time updates
- For air freight: We weigh goods (in kg)
- For sea freight: CBM shows after consolidation

### Step 5: Shipping Fee & Payment

- Once goods arrive at the destination, the dashboard shows:

  - Shipping cost
  - Breakdown of any optional charges
- Pay online securely
- Request delivery or pick up locally

- Once payment is made, delivery is scheduled
