# How to Request Packing or Special Packaging

### What is Repacking?

Repacking is the process of removing supplier packaging and combining multiple items into fewer, more compact boxes. It reduces volumetric weight and cost, especially for air freight.

### Types of Packing Options We Offer

- **Standard Repacking** *(Free)*: Combine multiple items into one box
- **Bubble Wrap** *(Optional)*: For fragile or glass products
- **Double Box** *(Optional)*: For electronics and delicate items
- **Sealing Tape or Branding** *(Optional on request)*

### How to Request Repacking

1. Login to your Dashboard
2. Go to **"Apply Packing"**
3. Select items eligible for packing
4. Choose any extra options like**Remove carton** (if needed)
5. Submit your request.

We’ll confirm once repacking is complete and update the new weight or CBM.

### Processing Time

- Repacking usually takes **24–48 hours**
- You’ll be notified once done and ready for shipment

###  Notes

- Packing can only be applied before shipment is dispatched
- Fragile items must be reported early
- Custom packaging like wooden frame for Television and other fragile items may attract additional charges (we’ll notify you).
