After creating your free account, your unique warehouse address is available on your dashboard under Warehouse & Rates. Share this address with your Chinese sellers as the delivery address when placing orders.
What's the difference between Sensitive and Non-Sensitive?
Sensitive goods include electronics, perfumes, cosmetics, and branded products that require special handling or documentation. Non-sensitive goods are standard items like clothing and footwear. If unsure, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll advise.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight typically takes 7–14 days from our warehouse to your destination. Sea freight takes 30–45 days and is much more cost-effective for heavier or bulkier shipments.
Can I consolidate orders from multiple sellers?
Yes — that's one of the key advantages. All parcels from different sellers are stored at our warehouse. When you Apply Packing, select any combination of parcels to ship together in one consolidated shipment, saving on shipping costs.
What happens after I click Process Shipment?
Our team packs your selected items, weighs the shipment, and dispatches it via your chosen method. You can track the progress in real time from your dashboard, and receive WhatsApp notifications at every stage.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We handle export documentation from China. Customs clearance at the destination is managed by our local partners. The status is visible in your shipment tracking timeline inside your dashboard.
