  • How to add tracking numbers from suppliers?

    At the left side of your account, 

    • Click Add New Parcel
    • From the Add New Parcel page, paste your tracking numbers from your suppliers. There is a placeholder format showing how to paste your tracking numbers in te box. It simply means, add each tracking number in a single line. Here is the format below

    • From the Warehouse tab, choose the warehouse accordig to your shipping option. If you are shipping through air, select China air warehouse. Otherwise, China sea warehouse.
    • Then click Submit.

    Viola! Your tracking numbers have been added to your account.

  • How to track my shipment?

    Click on shipment from your account, select the recent shipment id. Each shipment has a unique shipment id. Click on the shipment id to open the tracking page. You can see all the tracking information for the current shipment.

  • What does On Transit means?

    It means that the items from your suppliers have not been received at the warehouse or the items have not been sorted at the warehouse. 

  • What does On Delivery means?

    It means that the shipment has not arrived the destination country.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept bank or wire transfer either in USD, RMB or Naira.

  • How do I cancel or change my shipment?

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been applied for packing. However, you could contact the customer service support immediately for manual cancellation if it has not been shipped.

    This also apply for situation where a wrong country or shipping method was selected.

  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship all over the world. Please note that additional shipping costs will be applied based on your delivery location.
  • Do you offer free shipping?

    No, we do not. Moreover, there may be discounted shipping depending on your privilege and points. If your accumulated points can be used to redeem and cover the overall shipping cost, then it will be free.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    Air: 7 - 10 days.

    Sea: 45 - 50 days.

    Express: 2 - 3 days.
