Consolidation helps you save costs by combining all your items into one shipment. Learn how our packing system works and how to take full advantage of it before your goods are shipped.
What Is Consolidation? #
Consolidation means we combine all the packages you’ve ordered — even from different suppliers — into one single shipment.
This service is completely free and it helps you:
-
Save on shipping fees
-
Reduce unnecessary packaging
-
Ship efficiently and securely
How It Works: #
-
Your Packages Arrive at Our Warehouse
Each time a seller delivers an item to our China warehouse, we log it into your account using your unique tracking code. -
We Track & Verify Your Goods
We scan, weigh (for air freight), and record each item. You’ll see:-
The number of items delivered
-
Weight (air) or expected CBM (sea)
-
Photos (if you requested a visual proof)
-
-
You Request Consolidation or It Happens Automatically
Once all expected items arrive, we can:-
Combine them into one package
-
Remove extra seller boxes
-
Use protective wrapping to avoid damage
-
Apply special packaging (if requested)
-
-
We Weigh or Measure for Shipping
-
Air freight: Based on final weight in kg
-
Sea freight: CBM is calculated after consolidation
-
Sea goods are not weighed (they are recorded as 1kg by default until measured)
Packing Options: #
-
Standard Consolidation (Free)
Combine items, remove excess packaging, and repack into one unit -

-
Broken or damaged items

Missing parts
This is available for OEM/ODM or large orders where quality checks are crucial.
-
Tracking After Packing #
Once packing is completed:
