How It Works – Step-by-Step #

Step 1: Goods Arrive at Our Warehouse #

Once your supplier successfully delivers to our China warehouse.

• We sort them into sensitive or non-sensitive goods. Take a look at our article on sensitive and non-sensitive goods here.

• The tracking dashboard updates the status automatically

• A unique reference is attached for your visibility

Step 2: Weighing for Air shipping #

For goods intended for air shipping, we:

• Weigh each item in kilograms (kg)

• Record the weight in your customer dashboard

• Begin preparing your item for shipment

🧾 No images or dimension records are provided, but your total shipping weight is shown clearly. We can provide picture of your items once it has been consolidated. You can login to your dashboard here, create a ticket to request for picture.

 Step 3: Sea shipping handling #

For items intended for sea freight:

• We do not record individual item weights

• Every item is marked as 1kg by default in the system

• Actual volume is measured as CBM (cubic meters) after the consolidation is complete

📦 CBM only appears after all items are combined and measured together as one shipment.

 Step 4: Free Consolidation & Repacking #

We offer free consolidation and repacking for all shipments.

What this means:

• You can send multiple parcels from different suppliers

• We will combine them into one shipment. Your parcels could be in their 50’s, 100’s

• Reduce your overall shipping cost

• Optimize space for air or sea shipping

• Track the progress of packing and readiness in your dashboard

Step 5: Track Your Shipment #

After consolidation and dispatch:

• You’ll see live updates as your shipment moves from China

• For air freight: Track from departure to arrival

• For sea freight: Monitor container departure and arrival milestones

• You’ll know when your goods arrive in Nigeria (or your country)

 Step 6: Final Payment & Delivery #

Once your shipment arrives at our destination warehouse:

• You’ll receive a notification

• The dashboard shows total shipping fees and applicable breakdowns

• You pay online securely

• Arrange pickup or request local delivery (if available)
